Nick VieiraNick, proprietor of 'The Orange Street Grocer' in Speightstown has in excess of twenty-five years in the catering and hospitality industry and has been providing gourmet food for luxury yachts for equally as long. His strong belief in sourcing fresh local produce wherever possible and allowing his menus to be ingredients driven has earnt him a longstanding and loyal clientelle.
